We Are Parable: 30 Year Celebration of "Do The Right Thing" 

August 2019.

​The good people of "We Are Parable" invited Leo down to their 30th Anniversary, celebration screening of "Do The Right Thing". Leo was asked to produce a piece of art to mark the occasion.
The artwork is made up of two ​ components, the first being the centre of the piece which is a visual interpretation of Do The Right Thing, with the themes of Love, Hate & static running throughout.

The second component of the piece, is the audience's feedback. The question on the night was asked to them:-

"Why is Do The Right Thing is special to you?"
​As the film played & throughout the evening the audiences views were added to the artwork in the form of Leo's signature bubble calligraphy. ​

​Before the screening, there was an introduction from the "We Are Parable" team, a performance from Poet Anita Barton-Williams, a brief talk from Leo about the artwork & a short experimental film - "The Brig" by Jonas Mekas (1964).
